Your single point of contact for all SPPS Technology Support services

The service desk serves as a single point of contact between SPPS technology users and the Technology Services Department. All communications are initiated via a service ticket, which allows end users to report incidents and submit service requests directly to the Technology Services Department.

Hours of Operation

The Service Desk is available 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. During the summer, between June 15 and August 21, the Service Desk will be available 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
