Technology Services Support App for Mac

Technology Services is rolling out a new Support App for Mac computers on March 8, 2024. The app will be a small icon in the utility bar at the top of the screen that says "SPPS". 

A red or orange dot will appear on the icon to let you know when there is something that needs to be addressed. When you click on it, you will see information about the health of your computer and quick links to update the computer, update your password or reboot the computer. 

Technicians will also be able to use the app to easily guide you to places to fix your computer when there is an issue.
